This movie set in an island which is a huge studio,actually. The leader actor is Jim Carrey who is famous for his comedy film such as << The mask >> and << Bruce Almighty >>. In this movie he act Truman--the main charactor.
Truman was adopted by a TV show company when he was born.Since that day,he has become the main charactor of a programme about true man show,but he has not known he lived in a world totally created for him.The audience around the world can watch his life everyday. There were cameras everywhere and everyone is supporting actor. ALL of them was unreal except him.
His life was arranged by the TV show producer,for example,who was his best friend, which girl would marry him. However, after many years, something wrong happend. Truman's father's appearance made him begin to suspect. He found that many people around him always do the same things in a same place, everything was unreal.Truman
was a intelligent man and he tried to escape from the huge studio. Finally, he came to the door which was open to the real life, but he cried. The film didn't show whether he went out of the studio bravely. I strongly recommend this movie.
In fact, we also have a Truman's world in our life. When we face a unknown, uncertain, uncontrollable world, shall we really choose to give up the safe life to enter it?
